Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service and sales support
• Demonstrate indepth knowledge of optical products, terminology, and trends
• Utilize persuasive sales techniques to meet and exceed sales targets
• Proactively engage customers to identify their needs and recommend suitable products
• Educate and upsell patients on glasses and lenses
• Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Spanish speaking abilities are a plus

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, particularly in the optical industry
• Proficiency in optical terminology and product knowledge
• Proven track record of successful sales performance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Fulltime or parttime availability

Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour


Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
