- Receiving incoming client calls and making outbound calls to potential clients
- Exercising discretion in handling client claims and documenting details for attorney review
- Entering case and client information into software, maintaining accurate records
- Providing clients with accurate information and displaying professionalism, empathy, and patience
- Engaging with clients to gather necessary details to assess their case viability
- Proficiency in English and Spanish with a Client-Centric approach
- Preferred: 1 year of Intake/Call Center experience in Worker's Compensation or Personal Injury
- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
- Experience in handling inbound and outbound calls, sales, and customer service
- Familiarity with CRM and case management software
- Ability to translate verbal information accurately into written form within CRM Software
- Skills in prioritizing and escalating client calls
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented and methodical work ethic
- Available for various shifts including weekdays and weekends
