Job Requirements:


  • Strong skills in and prior work experience with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Google Drive
  • Prior work experience with CRM or project management programs
  • Punctual and perfect attendance
  • Excellent interpersonal communication
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong skills in filing documents and office organization
  • 3+ years of office secretary/receptionist experience

Responsibilities:


  • Manage the reception area by greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate person or department.
  • Coordinate the scheduling of meetings and appointments, ensuring all participants are informed of the details in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of documents, presentations, and reports by formatting and editing content as needed.
  • Perform general clerical duties, such as copying, scanning, and filing documents.

Not required, but definitely a plus:

  • Knowledge of VOIP phone systems
  • Experience the construction and remodeling industry
  • Experience in customer service related to office work

Salary:
per week starting for 60-day evaluation period. After successful completion of this period, salary will be increased to $750.00 per week. After 6 months in this position, salary will again be increased to $800.00 per week. Future pay increases will be determined.


Hours: 40 hours per week


In-person/Remote: This is an in-person position only. Applicants must be able to commute to the office daily.


Initial Benefits:
One week paid vacation each half year Sick day schedule to be provided.


Pay:
From $700.00 per week

Education:


  • High school or equivalent (required)

Experience:

Microsoft Office: 3 years (required)

  • Administrative experience: 3 years (required)
Google Docs: 3 years (required)

  • CRM software: 3 years (preferred)
  • Project management software: 3 years (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Portage, IN required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Portage, IN 46368: Relocate before starting work (required)
