Job Functions

Teach core curriculum including Anatomy & Physiology, Kinesiology, & Body Work Theory
Coach and provide feedback to further growth and development
Prepare students for state license exams
Inspire professionalism and strong work ethic as is required in the service industry
Implement company systems and standards
Learn Aveda products and services and then train students to the products and protocols

Job Skills, Education and Experience

State of Wisconsin Massage Therapy license
2 years of experience as a practicing professional and experience in a healthrelated field OR 2 years of postsecondary education/training
Teaching, training or leadership experience
Appreciation of the Beauty and Wellness Industries
