Girl and the Goat is seeking a full-time Maitre D to work the host stand and door. High volume restaurant experience and open table experience are a must.Responsibilities:
Peak Service piloting
- Operate 35 shifts
- Maximize seating potential
- Coaching
- Review OpenTable slot books and help build daily books
- Manage Goat Hops, Progressive Dinners, special events from Corporate Office
- Main focus on large parties and high profile guests
