Job Description

The Orders Coordinator organizes multiple types of sales documents across the entire company, arranges on-time, in-full shipments, and submits orders to the fulfillment team, playing a significant role in supply chain and logistics. This role also problem-solves & communicates with many internal departments and maintains a high level of accuracy in detailed work. Every role at Trove Brands is critical to our successful functioning as a whole. Your specific responsibilities as a part of Team Trove will include:

Analyze and audit order details
Prioritize and manage the workflow of orders to meet customer deadlines
Communicate daily with Logistics, Transportation, Fulfillment, Inventory, Forecasting, Customer Service, and Sales teams
Process and print shipping documents
Problem-solve and find innovative solutions for multiple vendors and processes
