We are seeking a knowledgeable Sous Chef to join our team,
honoring our family's legacy while driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Plan/prep meals and manage/direct kitchen staff.
  • Assist in training activities for production employees.
  • Purchase ingredients and supplies needed for menu management.
  • Oversee food handling SOPs established at the restaurant.
