I am a 28-year-old woman, currently weighing around 70 kg and standing at 154 cm tall. I exercise almost every day, but I often feel low on energy or exhausted for the rest of the day after working out. I would like to improve my performance and lose some weight in the process. My current exercise routine includes fitness (2 days a week), fitboxing (2-3 days a week), running (2 days a week), and intermediate-advanced level hiking (1-2 days a month).
