    Description
    Grow your career as a Production Support Engineer with an innovative global bank in Tampa, FL. Contract role with strong possibility of extension. Will require working a hybrid schedule 2-3 days onsite per week.

    Will be responsible for providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting for critical production applications.

    You will work alongside some of the smartest minds in the industry who are excited to share their knowledge and to learn from you.

    Contract Duration: 6+ Months

    Required Skills & Experience

    8+ years of experience in production support.
    8+ years of experience in incident management, job monitoring, root cause analysis, etc.
    5+ years of experience in Oracle Financials Cloud with a focus on General Ledger or Accounting Hub Cloud Services.
    Knowledge of Ab Initio or any ETL tools.
    Knowledge of Unix.
    Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
    Familiarity with IT Service Management tools like ServiceNow or Jira.
    Familiarity with Oracle reporting tools such as Oracle Financial Reporting and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).
