- Assist in various pre-opening activities, facilities punch inspections, setting up the janitor closets & OS&E items and other intensive logistics and planning processes.
- Perform human resources functions within the public areas to include training and performance feedback.
- Create a work culture that embodies respect, honesty, fairness, excellence, hard work, teamwork, empathy, caring and kindness.
- Maintain professional working relationships and promote open lines of communication with co-supervisors, Team Members, other departments, and 3rd party partners.
- Control the product inventory, attic stock supplies and daily operating supplies, etc.
- Mentor Team Members through coaching and training opportunities
- Assist in the recruitment and training of new housekeeping staff as needed.
- Prepare and maintain records, reports, and documentation related to public area operations and Team Member performance.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to public areas and cleanliness standards.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering, safety services and guest services, to ensure a seamless and efficient operation.
- Address and resolve any guest or Team Member concerns related to the cleanliness and maintenance of public areas promptly and effectively.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules for public areas, ensuring that all designated areas are cleaned and maintained according to established standards.
- Ensure proper usage and training of chemicals and equipment.
- Conduct daily inspections which uphold the Evermore standards for guest ready accommodation in common areas. Inspection programs should be a tool to provide employee feedback for both reward and recognition and constructive feedback.

- Inspect guest common areas daily to ensure brand standards are being adhered to and the property is guest ready.
- Follow through special project schedules for all items needing to be completed on a rotational basis. Examples include, but are not limited to deep cleaning, pressure washing, carpet projects, etc.
- Ensure proper distribution, handling, inventory and return of all Team Member electronic devices and equipment.
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years' proven experience in a supervisory role within the housekeeping department, preferably with a focus on public area cleaning.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment relevant to public areas.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with a wide range of people.
- Excellent problem-solving skills utilizing data to support decisions.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

- Self-starter that can work independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to work various shifts or days of the week according to business needs.
- Valid Florida CDL Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
- Able to safely lift, pull and push up to 25 pounds.
- Able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, bend, and reach periodically.
- Subject to environmental conditions, work activities can occur inside and outside.
- Capable of performing role in a busy work environment.
- Able to be on feet and moving around for entire shift.
