Three Human Resources is a global recruiting company specializing in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and life science industries. We are currently seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our international team at a medium-sized company in Parker City.

We are looking for a Sales Manager for Chemical Products in the DACH region to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

Acquiring new customers and providing support to existing customers for our product lines
Leading and developing direct sales relationships with customers in the assigned territory
Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
Preparing quotations and following up until contract conclusion, then handing over to order processing
Coordinating with internal teams for delivery times and technical support/applications
Traveling to meet with customers

Profile:

Completed studies in a chemical or technical field, or equivalent training
Willingness to travel frequently (minimum of 1-2 face-to-face meetings per day for 3 days per week)
Relevant professional experience in the chemical industry
Goal-oriented, independent, and strong negotiation skills
Ability to work in a team and strong problem-solving
