- Manage print production tasks and direct mail campaigns
- Assist in the coordination of mailings, vendor communication, and billing activities to ensure smooth print and mail operations
- Maintain communication with clients and internal teams to facilitate delivery of print materials and notices
- Learn and create mail merges and work with PDFs that will be sent to print
- High School Diploma or 2 years of practical work experience
- 1+ year of hands-on experience with Windows platform, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
