    Description
    Take over STA setup for highly complex designs in Physical Design projects.

    • Take active part in constraint development and clean up.
    • Talk to Stake holders across multiple sites and come up with good constraints.
    • Will need to take part in synthesis as well.
    • Will be assisting in cleaning up as well.
    • Analyze and solve problems of high complexity using your global expert network.

    Candidate Profile:

    • A degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics or a similar field.
    • At least 15 years of experience in Synthesis-STA of highly complex SoCs.
    • Should Have prior experience in deciding and setting up modes and corners.
    • Finfet experience is desirable.
    • Should have led STA effort at SOC level in atleast 5 complex projects.
    • Should have some synthesis experience as well in few projects with good understanding of low power concepts.
    • Sound programming skills and knowledge in scripting languages e.g Tcl, Perl or Python.
    • Very good Communication skills.
