    Machine Learning Engineering - Tech Lead
    Hybrid Work model, Must be in the Bay Area or open to relocation to the Bay Area
    $230,000 - $275,000 + Competitive Benefits


    THE COMPANY

    A growing health tech start up developing a revolutionary product using Generative AI that will transform traditional healthcare for the future.


    TEAM:
    Machine learning and data science is the core part of the company. Join a strong team of 5 data scientists and engineers and work directly with the founding team

    THE ROLE
    As a Tech Lead you will...
    Work with data scientists to build end-to-end machine learning models using Generative AI and LLMs
    Built the infrastructure and platform to allow ML models to be deployed at scale
    Productionize and scale advanced machine learning algorithms
    Work with large scale data to build top solutions
    Build microservices and data pipelines
    Lead projects and mentor more junior members


    YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
    5+ years of full time experience deploying and productionizing machine learning algorithms
    Experience with ML platform and infrastructure
    Experience with ML scalability
    Huge plus if you have deployed generative AI models into production in the past
    Experience leading teams is a huge plus

    Tools:
    Python, Tensorflow, SQL, Spark, Docker, GCP / AZURE / AWS


    THE BENEFITS

    As a Tech Lead, you can expect a base salary between $230,000 to $275,000 (based on experience) plus competitive benefits.
