Description

Proven experience in Major Incident Management within a complex IT environment, preferably with a focus on infrastructure and cloud services.


  • Strong technical background with indepth knowledge of networking, systems administration, and cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical teams, management, and external stakeholders during highpressure situations.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL framework, incident management processes, and best practices.
  • Experience with incident management tools and systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy) is desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • ITIL or related certifications are a plus.
