Description
Job DescriptionThe Bath Iron Works Information Technology team is seeking a dynamic individual with diverse and progressive IT leadership experience to assume the role of IT Business Relationship Manager.
In this role, the successful candidate will lead a team responsible for the following:Building strong, collaborative relationships with business clients & IT service owners.
Track client satisfaction with services provided and develop continuous improvement plans based on feedback.
Ensure that effective communication occurs related to service delivery and project delivery.
Manage the expectations and priorities of multiple business stakeholders.
Provide clear points of contact within IT for each business stakeholder.
Act as a bridge between IT and the business.
Ensure alignment of IT priorities with overall business objectives.
Required/Preferred Education/Training
10+ years of related IT experience, ideally including previous leadership and project/program management.
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field is strongly preferred.
Experience in a large-scale manufacturing organization preferred.
A leader who has worked in a business-facing IT organization with demonstrated experience in partnering with business stakeholders.

Offers constructive suggestions and acts as a trusted advisor to the business.

Experience facilitating change management involving business processes and organizational change.
