• Supervise and lead warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed
• Implement and maintain efficient warehouse processes to ensure timely fulfillment of orders
• Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels, orders, and shipments
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards within the warehouse
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize warehouse procedures and meet company goals
• Train new employees on warehouse procedures and safety protocols
• Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials within the warehouse
• Perform regular QC inspection reports

• Previous experience in team management within a warehouse setting
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems for inventory control
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to warehouse operations
• Capable of heavy lifting and handling materials efficiently
• Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing warehouse operations
