    $2,500 Sign-On Bonus for New Hires for this Position

    Role Summary:

    In this role, you will conduct documented inspections to verify part conformance with drawings, procedures, specifications, and all necessary requirements. The QC Inspector oversees the Inspection Test Plan (ITP) and project quality plan, aligned with customer and international standards. Additionally, they are responsible for managing project QC documents and report to the QC Supervisor/Manager.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Documenting dimensional and visual inspections
    • Documenting non-conforming material using NCR process
    • Verifying qualifications of suppliers, welders, and NDE personnel
    • Reviewing and approving supplier's manufacturing and testing documents
    • Defining test and inspection requirements
    • Completing any other assigned duties

    Requirements:

    • HS Diploma / GED and 3-5 years of relevant experience
    • Knowledge of welding and quality systems
    • Familiarity with quality standards and regulations
    • Proficiency with inspection equipment
    • Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and commitment to excellence
    • Willingness to travel
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Operational Excellence & High Level of Customer Service

    Preferred Skills/Experience:

    • Experience with CMMs
    • Prior manufacturing experience
    • Knowledge of Tool & Calibration & Metrology
