- 6+ years of experience leading and implementing the Assessment and Authorization (A&A) process under Risk Management Framework (RMF) for new and existing information systems
- 3+ years of experience reviewing assessment reports and assisting projects in identifying security risks, including technical and non-technical, and developing effective mitigation strategies, including Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M)
- Experience using the eMASS application
- Knowledge of supporting the development or modification of System Security Plans, security requirements, and supporting documentation for the Assessment and Authorization (A&A) process
- Ability to ensure all products and administrative documentation is completed and maintained, including for continuity and historical reference
- Ability to design, develop,and implement network security measures that provide confidentiality, integrity, availability, authentication, and non-repudiation
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree or 12+ years of experience in Engineering lieu of a degree
- Ability to obtain IAT Level III DoD 8570 Compliant Certification before start date
- Experience with identifying information protection needs for an IS and Network environment
- Ability to support engineering tasks
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Cybersecurity

We're looking for an engineer who can help create solutions that will withstand even the most advanced cyber threats.
As a Cyber Security Engineer at Booz Allen, you'll ensure that the risk management framework for the client is secured to meet the command's needs. You'll work with your team and other organizations to identify the right mix of tools and techniques to translate your client's needs and goals into a plan that will enable secure and effective solutions. We need to come up with the best solutions, so you'll investigate new techniques, break free from the legacy model, and go where the industry is going. As a team, we'll take a critical approach to network design, providing alternatives and customizing solutions to maintain a balance of security and mission needs. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193, annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
