- Construct reports and use data to provide insights and trends to uncover issues and support decision making
- Maintain data integrity and audit within HR systems; correcting any data issues with the HR Support team
- Partner with CoEs and HRBPs on execution of annual processes (e.g. performance, talent, and compensation)
- Partner with CoEs and HRBPs to execute strategic initiatives and programs to achieve business and enterprise goals
- Work with business leaders and managers to implement impactful talent programs (i.e. internships, early career program, mentoring, and L&D) to prepare MetLife's talent for the organization's future
- Respond to employees and leaders as the first line of HR on queries, practices, policies, escalating as appropriate
- Partner across the organization to bring the company's collective talent to projects and initiatives
- Support senior HRBP on strategic people planning
- Participate in special projects as requested

- 3+ years relevant experience
- Relevant HR Certification or Training
