IMAGO, a visual media platform based in Berlin with 240 million images and videos, is seeking a motivated Customer Service Manager to join our team in Homestead, FL.

Our platform is used by over 10,000 national and international top clients, offering a variety of media including news videos and stock photos.

With 80 employees and two offices in close proximity, IMAGO operates with flat hierarchies.

As our Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing excellent and friendly client service on a daily basis and managing overall customer relationships.

This position is available immediately in our Berlin office.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the face of our company to our customers and provide exceptional service
Collaborate with the sales department to manage smaller business accounts and identify valuable leads
Track our customer engagement and ensure a professional and high level of service at all touchpoints
Act as the first point of contact for inquiries from our growing international customer base
Utilize our CRM system to maintain strong relationships and ensure followups with customers

Requirements:

Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken)
Previous experience in a customer or client service role
Enjoy interacting and engaging with people
Personal commitment to high service standards and making a positive impact
