Your tasks

  • Planning and conducting experiments to test new technologies, components, and devices in the field of coordinate and surface roughness measurement
  • Scientific analysis and presentation of experimental results
  • Project management of development projects
  • Assistance with complex service cases (2nd level support)
  • Verification of alternative components, e.g. with the goal of improving quality and reducing costs
  • Support and collaboration with assembly
  • Organization of the laboratory area
  • General research and development

Your profile

  • Completed degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering or comparable education
  • Good knowledge of coordinate and surface roughness measurement
  • High level of independence, initiative, and creativity
  • Analytical thinking with a strong understanding of complex issues
  • Teamwork, organization, and time management skills
  • A good "feel" for small measurement values and mechanical dimensioning
  • Detailed knowledge of programs such as WORD, EXCEL, MS Project (or comparable), Matlab (or comparable)
  • Good knowledge of English
