Local, growing Managed Service Provider, computer repair and sales business is looking for an in store technician. We're looking for a personable, knowledgeable, and self motivated person. If you have the right personality and base knowledge, we will gladly train.


Job responsibilities will include:
End user desktop support

Computer repair - virus removals & hardware troubleshooting

Assisting customers over the phone, instore and some onsite.

Experience in the following categories would be beneficial, but not required:
Windows desktop & server Operating Systems.

Office 365

Firewalls, switches & wireless

Backup & restoration

Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills

VoIP
