The Assistant Vice President of Operations is engaged in a broad range of activities, both strategic and operational, to advance initiatives under the purview of the Executive Vice President.

Serving as an advisor to the EVP, the AVP of Operations coordinates the execution of college-wide projects and provides specialized high-level management of cross-divisional initiatives.

Additionally, the AVP supports the EVP's work to provide service to a wide range of constituencies, including trustees, faculty, staff, students, alumni, other members of the community, and outside organizations.


Minimum Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 58 years of relevant experience

Essential Functions:


  • Oversees the implementation of strategic priorities on behalf of the Executive Vice President.
  • Directs collegewide event operations.
  • Supports operational effectiveness of the EVP.
  • Supports community engagement strategy for the College
  • Provides highlevel administration in the operations of the Office of the Executive Vice President to ensure the office's priorities and mission are carried out in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • College pays 100% tuition only.
  • Eligible dependents may be Reimbursed up to $2,000 per semester towards tuition at another accredited institution.
