Inspire Behavior Services is searching for someone to work as an integrated school aide for individuals with learning differences and emotional challenges.

We are looking for members who are open to learning about behavior analysis and how to incorporate that into the educational environment.

A critical role in implementing and evaluating behavior and education plans in schools throughout Sonoma County.

Our Behavior/Instructional Assistants work with students with a variety of special needs, which may include Autism, Emotional Disturbance, ADHD, and other disabling conditions.

Inspire's mission is to provide high-quality, individualized service to students, with the goal of increased independence in the least restrictive environment.

We are seeking individuals who share our philosophy to join our team As one of Inspire's Behavior/ Instructional Assistants you will play a critical role in implementing and evaluating behavior and education plans throughout Sonoma County.

You will be working with students who are in various grades from preschool to junior college.

You can work consistent school hours and days (approximately 6.5 days a week/180 days an academic year)

Example of hours:
8 am - 2:30 pm. You have reliable transportation to get to and from the school environment.

Location:
Santa Rosa, CA and Petaluma CA

Starting Pay:
varies on experience and education ($20-25 an hour)

Position begins:
~ School Year
