In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Drive orders growth into new and diverse markets for Actuation Technologies
  • Lead the regional business development effort and product growth programs by creating overall strategies and execution plans to improve sales opportunities for strategic products
  • Develop product competitive placement plans and collaborate to execute across the World Area Sales Organization
  • Develop product SME in all selling channels within the World Areas
  • Bridge voice of customer between Channel, End User, and product support functions
  • Identify market opportunities and targeted markets, intelligence gathering on customers and competitors to generate sales leads
  • Report growth and competitive displacement opportunities to key partners in the business

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, in Electric/Mechanical Engineering or applicable field
  • Sales and business development experience
  • English proficiency

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Master's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering, or related field
  • Proficiency in Italian
  • Onsite plant experience with pneumatic and/or hydraulic actuation in oil & gas, power generation or water markets is highly desirable
