JR Project Manager - Structural Steel Fabrication - Construction, - Wadsworth, OH Territory

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Junior Project Manager in the Wadsworth, OH region for a key player in the structural steel fabrication and construction sector. With a focus on excellence and innovation, our client prides itself on delivering top-notch projects that influence Ohio's skyline and beyond.

If you have over 5 years of project management experience in structural steel fabrication supporting the construction field, and familiarity with Tekla Power Fabrication Software, keep reading.

As a Project Manager, you'll have a critical role in supervising structural steel fabrication projects from start to finish. Your leadership and expertise will be vital in ensuring successful project completion, meeting client expectations, and maintaining our dedication to quality and safety by overseeing on-site project management.

The company offers: a competitive salary range based on experience ($60,000 - $75,000), comprehensive benefits package (Medical, Vision, Dental, PTO, HSA, Life Insurance), and covered travel expenses.

Responsibilities:

Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and milestones.
Coordinate with engineering, fabrication, and construction teams for seamless project execution.
Efficiently allocate resources to meet project requirements.
Optimize resource utilization for enhanced productivity.
Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Enforce quality control measures during fabrication.
Ensure final products meet industry standards and exceed client expectations.
Identify and mitigate potential risks.
Address challenges promptly to prevent delays.
Facilitate clear communication among project stakeholders.
Provide regular updates to management, clients, and teams.
Monitor project timelines and take corrective actions.
Collaborate with departments to streamline workflow.
Adhere strictly to safety protocols.
Create a secure working environment for all team members.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in structural steel fabrication in construction.
Strong knowledge of industry standards and processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management software.
Willingness to travel to construction sites within OH – day travel.

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
