Primary point of contact and advocate for a Top 5 customer. Responsible to efficiently manage the customer replenishment process and consistently deliver customer satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional business partners to process and analyze orders. Interpret data on logistics, such as reliability, distribution, and supply chain constraints. Investigate customer fines and submit exemptions to remove fines for reasons not within Nestle control. Drive customer satisfaction by delivering quality customer service. Resolve blocks on orders. Monitor and review information from materials, or events, to detect and mitigate problems while optimizing cost saving and cost avoidance opportunities.
