Your responsibilities


As a member of the Fluxys team, you will be responsible for leading and managing various tasks related to projects executed by third party service providers. These tasks include:

  • Challenging technical concepts, schedules, bids, budgets, etc. and providing efficient alternatives that align with Fluxys Group's corporate strategy
  • Preparing information required for internal approval processes
  • Actively participating in project steering committees on behalf of Fluxys to manage the project with our partner(s) and defend Fluxys' position
  • Reporting on project progress to Fluxys management

In addition, for projects led or co-led by Fluxys, you will play a key role in the following tasks:

  • Controlling interface management during the engineering, procurement, and construction phase
  • Preparing and proposing efficient technical concepts, schedules, strategies, etc. to our partner(s) and developing alternatives if necessary
  • Forecasting project budget and preparing realistic quotations and budgets for project tasks
  • Preparing information required for internal and external approval processes
  • Leading project steering committees
