Description

This individual must have strong leadership skills and would be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our electrical service division.

• Minimum 10 years of commercial experience in electrical field with at least 3 years supervisory background
• Demonstrates prioritization, organization, time management and problemsolving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Responsible for enforcing and promoting high quality and safety standards on job sites
• Communicate, schedule and manage day to day operations to ensure the job gets done on time and exceeds customer expectations
• Supervise, mentor, and motivate employees working on designated scope
• Assertive and able to negotiate change orders and contracts
• Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), Adobe and estimating programs.
• Must be able to pass background check, including Motor Vehicle and drug test.
