L&H Companies is experiencing growth and is seeking a full-time Industrial Painter.

Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Priming and painting sign components, spray twopart urethanes, color matching & QA
Prepare components for painting. Including sanding, taping and minor repairs to ensure smooth paint finish
Advise in the selection and storage of painting materials
Read, comprehend, and work from plans

Requirements:

Experience working in a highvolume manufacturing environment is required
Excellent organizational and communication skills; written, verbal, and listening
Requires strong problemsolving skills and extraordinary attention to detail
Ability to work independently to successfully complete work assignments
Must be willing and able to work outside of regular business hours if/when needed
