Your Responsibilities

Mechanical development of next-generation HV battery systems
Conducting CAD installation studies for new products and supporting existing projects in the field of mechanics (Mechanical CAD / MCAD)
Creating, evaluating, and documenting mechanical designs using CAD and other software
Creating and managing bills of materials (BOMs)
Creating and updating 2D/3D parts/assemblies/drawings
Supporting MCAD documentation requirements in accordance with MCAD design processes, internal and external standards
Participating in cross-functional project team meetings
Supporting mechanical verification and testing activities, inquiries, tolerance checks, and documentation
Supporting the change management process as needed
Participating in DfM and supplier discussions during the development and procurement phases
Communicating/presenting results to teams and management
Sharing 2D/3D data with suppliers and customers

University degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent, extensive experience as a designer/technician
Design experience with a focus on strict sealing, heat, and vibration requirements
Experience in a quality-conscious
