Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone,
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues
  • Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing
  • Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide additional information
  • Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive experience
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

Requirements:


  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
  • Proficient in outbound calling and upselling techniques
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to handle difficult customers
  • Salesoriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets

Pay:
$ $17.00 per hour
