Description
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone,
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide additional information
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive experience
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Requirements:
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Proficient in outbound calling and upselling techniques
- Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to handle difficult customers
- Salesoriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Pay:
$ $17.00 per hour
