Join the Coca-Cola family at our location in Karlsruhe as a Project Manager (m/f/d).


Responsibilities:

  • As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing operational and technical projects in the areas of production, QEOSH, OE, and technology in coordination with the site's management team.
  • You will work with department heads and coordinate project participants. Using project management tools (e.g. MsProject), you will track project progress and regularly report to the management team.
  • You will monitor the project development process, including construction site management, while adhering to internal safety and quality standards, as well as the latest regulations and available budget.
  • You will conduct trainings, coaching, and manage external contractors as part of the projects.
  • You will analyze losses in production and operations technology and independently initiate and implement optimization measures as part of your project work, taking into account applicable standards.

Qualifications:

  • Completed degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical/business, or food technology) and practical experience, ideally in the beverage industry.
  • First leadership experience.
  • Experience working with machine manufacturers, construction companies, and other service providers.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Knowledge of OE or TPM methods, as well as project management experience.
  • Analytical skills, strong organizational skills
