Are you seeking a dynamic job and do you excel in organization and coordination? Are you accustomed to working proactively and independently? Join our team as the new Assistant for our Corporate Supply Chain department for Factory Integration in Southfield, MI.

In this role, you will support the Head of CSC FI and assist with administrative tasks, as well as handle various organizational matters.


Your responsibilities will include:

Managing purchasing activities by utilizing SAP and internal purchasing channels
-
Coordinating and organizing interactions between the Leadership Team and relevant stakeholders, including the Management Board
-
Planning, preparing, and organizing internal and external events (such as meetings, workshops, trainings, and presentations), including logistics and compiling necessary information and documents

  • Working in a
    multifunctional, international team with opportunities for growth
You have a keen eye for detail and can identify areas where support is needed.
