Responsibilities:

Develop a deep understanding of Z Health Insurance products and services.
Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Educate clients on various insurance options, coverage limits, and policy features.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and other sales strategies.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and inquiries using our CRM system.
Collaborate with team members and management to meet sales targets and goals.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and provide exceptional service to clients.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities provided by Z Health Insurance.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales acumen and customer service orientation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
