**- Design and maintain configuration management of ERG's reporting portfolio

  • Work with report users to define and document requirements for new reports/queries and modifications to existing reports/queries
  • Develop and maintain Cognos reports that interface primarily with Deltek Costpoint modules
  • Manage report security and report distribution
  • Generate and maintain administrator and user documentation, including training and reference materials
  • Work independently and with a team to solve problems involving complex and large data sets
  • Provide skills and knowledge transfer to employees in applicable areas
  • Provide outstanding customer service to company personnel

Qualifications and Skills:


  • BA/BS preferred, with 310 years of experience with Cognos reporting and development
  • Three years of experience with Deltek Costpoint and Deltek Time Collection
  • Experience with SQL development
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to communicate with users to design, develop, and implement new reporting solutions and changes to existing designs based on unique requirements
  • Must have excellent attention to detail
  • Analytical and independent problemsolving skills
  • Organizational skills to balance and prioritize work
  • Exceptional time management skills
