To expand our team at our location in Bonn, Bornheim, we are currently looking for a Junior Specialist for our Security Operations Center (Blue-Team).

Your Responsibilities

We offer a modern work environment in a young and dynamic team. Our locations have excellent infrastructure with train connections and parking facilities.

You will support your colleagues in the Security Operations Center (Blue-Team) and actively test and secure customer networks (Red-Team). After thorough training, you will be responsible for identifying and eliminating security vulnerabilities in customer infrastructures. Together with the team, you will advise customers on how to effectively defend against attacks and contribute to improving IT security.

Your Profile

You have:

A successfully completed degree or vocational training in the fields of computer science/network technology

First experience in the field of IT security and its technical implementation

Interest in the security of network infrastructures and related protocols (TCP/IP, ISO/OSI model, network topologies, firewalls, HTTPS, SSL/TLS, etc.)

Alternatively or additionally, you have experience in web development and building web applications (PHP, Perl, Java, JavaScript, SQL, etc.)

Desirable knowledge in the areas of web application
