Overview:

Responsibilities:


Social Media Management:
Create and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).

Monitor social media channels for engagement, comments, and messages, and respond promptly.

Keep track of social media trends and recommend strategies for improvement.


Ad Creation:
Design and create print and digital advertisements for individual properties, ensuring consistency with branding guidelines.

Explore new advertising opportunities in various publications to reach target audiences effectively.


Metrics and Reporting:
Gather and analyze metrics for social media performance on a monthly basis.

Prepare comprehensive reports detailing key insights, engagement metrics, and recommendations for improvement.


Website Updates:
Update content and visuals on specific property websites to ensure accuracy and relevance.


Design Projects:
Design handouts, brochures, and other marketing collateral for properties, events, and promotions.

Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and convey the desired message effectively.


Research and Strategy:
Research and identify new advertising and marketing opportunities in various publications and platforms.

Generate innovative ideas for advertising campaigns to attract new audiences and increase brand visibility.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in marketing, advertising, or related roles.
  • Real estate experience preferred.
  • Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
