Your responsibilities:

You advise and support the management and departments of Deutsche Wertpapiertreuhand in their day-to-day operations.
You handle a variety of legal issues, particularly in the areas of banking and capital markets law, regulatory law, anti-money laundering law, data protection law, corporate law, and contract law.
You review, negotiate, and draft contracts in the aforementioned legal areas.
You assist in the design and development of the compliance and anti-money laundering function in direct collaboration with the compliance and anti-money laundering officer of Deutsche Wertpapiertreuhand.
You advise all departments on regulatory issues and the development of new products and services.
You support the process and digital transformation of legal and regulatory requirements.
You advise on the innovative development of the Internal Control System (ICS).
You support the data protection officer and advise departments on data protection requirements.
You work closely with and coordinate with the compliance and internal audit departments.
You assist in the compliance and anti-money laundering risk analysis.
You support in reporting to the management.
You manage external audits and regulatory implementation projects.
