Description

Performing building repairs such as painting, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and HVAC.

Preparing open apartments for movein through turnover repairs and improvements.
Keeping up the appeal and cleanliness of the building, including groundskeeping and exterior maintenance.

The work hours are 8:00-4:00, Monday to Friday with on-call duties shared on rotation. A generous stipend and overtime pay for on-call duties will apply.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service philosophy.

Knowledge of general apartment repair, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC is preferred.
Experience with Yardi or other work order systems is also a plus.
A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required.
