Stefanini is looking for Facilities Maintenance Technician in Hayward, CA

Work Hours:
M-F (40 hours)


Work Location:
Hayward, CA


Shift:1st Shift with possible weekend and daily OT work.

8:30 am - 5:00 pm.

  • Perform routine maintenance and upgrades to the building, grounds, and critical manufacturing support systems. Support the facilities department to perform preventative maintenance activities.

  • Perform routine maintenance and upgrades to the building and grounds as required to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Perform electrical (120V, 208V: 3phase, 480v: 3phase) and HVAC work. HVAC work will include cooling/refrigeration system maintenance
  • Provide support to ensure pest control and building security requirements are maintained.
  • Performed assigned preventive maintenance tasks as scheduled to ensure reliability of equipment and compliance with specifications.
  • Perform support and maintenance of the plant critical systems (HVAC, Compressed Air, Purified Compendial Water Systems, Nitrogen) to ensure efficient operation and compliance with specifications.
  • Support production and maintenance technicians as required to maintain plant manufacturing operation activities.
  • Must have good written and verbal communication skills (ability to read, write and speak fluent English) and understanding of cGMP regulations. Good procedural writing skills.

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required. 35 years of mechanical systems repair is desired.
