Stefanini is looking for Facilities Maintenance Technician in Hayward, CA

Work Hours:
M-F (40 hours)

Work Location:
Hayward, CA

Shift:1st Shift with possible weekend and daily OT work.

8:30 am - 5:00 pm.

Perform routine maintenance and upgrades to the building, grounds, and critical manufacturing support systems. Support the facilities department to perform preventative maintenance activities.

Perform routine maintenance and upgrades to the building and grounds as required to ensure compliance with specifications.
Perform electrical (120V, 208V: 3phase, 480v: 3phase) and HVAC work. HVAC work will include cooling/refrigeration system maintenance
Provide support to ensure pest control and building security requirements are maintained.
Performed assigned preventive maintenance tasks as scheduled to ensure reliability of equipment and compliance with specifications.
Perform support and maintenance of the plant critical systems (HVAC, Compressed Air, Purified Compendial Water Systems, Nitrogen) to ensure efficient operation and compliance with specifications.
Support production and maintenance technicians as required to maintain plant manufacturing operation activities.
Must have good written and verbal communication skills (ability to read, write and speak fluent English) and understanding of cGMP regulations. Good procedural writing skills.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
High school diploma or equivalent required. 35 years of mechanical systems repair is desired.

The physical requirements of this position
Medium work. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
