For our location Avedo Magdeburg, we are looking for you as a customer advisor (m/f/d) in the healthcare industry, part-time or full-time.

Your tasks ✓ telephone customer service for the Biontech vaccine with pharmacies and medical practices ✓ processing of customer inquiries ✓ ensuring customer satisfaction ✓ follow-up of conversations
Your profile ✓ good knowledge of German in spoken and written form ✓ confident handling of PC applications (e.g. MS Office) ✓ ideally, first experience in the commercial sector ✓ excellent communication and contact skills, as well as enjoyment of telephone conversations ✓ strong customer and service orientation ✓ high level of self-motivation, willingness to learn, and reliability
