Job Family Technology Consulting Travel Required Up to 10% Clearance Required Ability to Obtain Public Trust What You Will Do The Organization Change Management SME will provide subject matter expertise and support around change management, training and communications around the development of the Department's technology solution.
This role will support the Program Office as well as Customer Experience Lead and provide guidance and expertise around organizational change management activities as well as developing, delivering and overseeing training activities as well as program change management communications in support of the implementation of the Department's technology solution.
What You Will Need5+ years supporting large complex cabinet level agencies operating in a decentralized environment
5+ years supporting organizational change management activities with diverse organizations and varying missions
Experience developing, delivering and overseeing training activities using varying methods of delivery
5+ years experience developing and providing internal program change management communications for a large complex Enterprise Resource Planner (ERP) implementation
2+ years Momentum experience"
Bachelor's degree
US Citizen

Master's degree
Prior experience within or supporting the VA
Experience with Momentum
