Wellness Program CoordinatorSchedule:
Per diem hours as needed
Your Role:
Maintains educational curriculumProgram coverage for Wellness program as required or requestedFacilitating the Change in Action Experience - a 2.5-day activity with a group of up to 10 clients at our campsiteFacilitating Sweat lodge experiences as training and experience allowsLead Hiking & snowshoeing activitiesFacilitate High & Low Challenge Course activities as training and experience allowsFacilitates yoga, meditation and all spiritually oriented programs as training and experience allowsProvide a range of approved techniques to maximize mind body spirit recovery for the community in a simple, engaging and direct wayCommunicate with other counselors about issues related to their clientsDocument and individualize all group notes utilizing approved Sigmund procedures by the end of each shiftEnsure proper tracking of client attendance in wellness offeringsCompletes all tasks necessary for client experience in a professional mannerContinue seeking training in professional skill-set and stay current with certificationsDesign and organize classes that best address client WellnessComply with all federal, state and accreditation regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or EquivalentBachelor's Degree PreferredWilderness First Aid and CPR preferredLevel 2 challenge course certification preferredCompensation:The base salary for the position is $20.00 to $30.00 per hour.
Actual pay is determined based on a number of job-related factors including skills, education, training, credentials, experience, scope and complexity of role responsibilities, geographic location, performance, and working conditions.
