Invisible Hand, founded in 2019 in Berlin, aims to provide comprehensive support to artists and labels in the progressive electronic music industry.

As a boutique management agency, we prioritize close, long-term and trusting relationships with artists and labels in all stages of their careers and development.

Our team, which represents artists such as Marcel Dettmann, DJ Spit, DJ Mell G, MALUGI, Marlon Hoffstadt, Ryan Elliott, THC and DHC, as well as labels like Bad Manners, Club Heart Broken, Faith Beat, and Juicy Gang Records, is currently seeking additional support.


Responsibilities:

  • Assisting management with smart and independent office management, including managing and organizing the email inbox and preparing for and following up on appointments with research tasks.
  • Planning and organizing weekly team meetings, setting the agenda, summarizing results, and creating todo lists for all participants.
  • Preparing presentations for the team and external parties, creating business plans and cash flows in both German and English.
  • Responsible for preliminary accounting, invoicing, and reminders, assisting with monthly and annual financial statements, and supporting our artists with accounting questions.

Qualifications:
We value not only formal qualifications, but also independent, organized, and proactive work. Strong communication skills in both German and English are essential.

You should be proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace applications and have experience with project management tools such as Asana.
