Island Falls is currently seeking a full-time employee for the following position:

A permanent position with no shift work

As a member of our team, you will:

Perform various manual tasks in the living and working facilities for people with disabilities (repair, maintenance, and renovation work)
Ensure the functionality and safety of building technology and company vehicles, and act as the first point of contact for technical issues
Collaborate with your team to develop and implement practical solutions to make the environment more comfortable for people with disabilities
Contribute your creativity and handyman skills to all new and renovation projects as part of a multidisciplinary team
Assist with public events and support colleagues with setup and dismantling using your technical expertise and positive attitude

Qualifications:

Completed training as an electrician, electrical engineer, or equivalent qualification
Problemsolving skills and creativity
Team player with an openminded personality
Positive attitude towards working with people with disabilities
