    Salary Range: $24.00 per hour
    Department Details
    • Generous sign-on bonus available for eligible employees
    • Paid training provided to obtain Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification
    • 8-hour day shifts: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
    • Required to work every other weekend and rotate holidays
    • Opportunity for growth within our facility
    Starting pay at $17.00 per hour for NA's and $19.00 per hour for CNA's with work experience credit.
    Job Summary
    • Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance in long-term care under RN supervision
    • Assist with basic health care needs, daily living activities, and personal care
    • Help with resident transfers, positioning, walking, and range of motion exercises
    • Assist with food preparation, dining, and ensuring a positive dining experience
    • Document resident interactions, outcomes, vital signs, and fluid specimens
    • Provide housekeeping, laundry services, and support wellness programs for residents
    • Participate in departmental committees and task forces as needed
    Qualifications
    • High school graduate or GED preferred
    • Minimum age of 16
    • Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred
    • Required CNA certification or in the process of obtaining it
    • Completion of yearly competency testing and continuing education credits
    • Certified and registered with the Unlicensed Assistive Person (UAP) Registry as applicable
    • Must meet Sanford driving qualifications if required
