We are looking for passionate, driven individuals to join our team focused on delivering solutions and improving lives.

Responsibilities:

Coordinates the proposal production efforts including:
Preparing and tracking schedules
Preparing RFP breakdowns and outlines
Coordinating contract reviews
Assisting with theme development
Coordinating with subconsultants
Writing and/or researching nontechnical portions of proposals
Create marketing collateral, working with project managers and staff to finalize and keep up to date
Maintain accuracy and completeness of CRM (Vantagepoint), including opportunity and proposal database
Prepare interview presentation materials (i.e., PowerPoint, boards, etc.) and work with staff to strategize, rehearse and present to clients
Maintain subconsultant and proposal files
Maintain internal qualifications and resume library for technical staff
Lead weekly marketing/business development meetings
Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited fouryear college or university in Business Management, Marketing or Communications strongly preferred
35 years of relevant experience
Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and is comfortable working in a fast, deadlinedriven environment
Proficiency in Deltek/Vantagepoint CRM software strongly preferred
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud including InDesign (required), Illustrator and Photoshop (strongly preferred)
Knowledge of the engineering/construction industry a plus
