Optician - Vista, United States - Vista Vision Optometry

Description

Assist the doctors in hand off from exam room to optical. Assist patients in styling of frames and educating on treatment options regarding visual correction.

Reiterate what the doctor went over in the exam and clarify any questions in regards to treatments that were prescribed in the exam room.

Assist walking patient up to check out and schedule a follow up appointment should it be required.

When not assisting patients, duties entail: ordering jobs, ordering contact lenses, dispensing glasses/contacts, simple billing, follow up with the managing Doctor to ensure prescriptions have been ordered or other questions patient may have in regards to treatment options.

Pay:
$ $23.00 per hour
